Top Notch Stock Farm is located in southern Minnesota, just northwest of junction I-35 and I-90. With a commercial and Angus cattle background, we started raising strictly Shorthorns in 1998. Today, we are home to SS Cowboy Up 411, who we promoted to All-American Honoree in 2006.  All of our cattle are TH free and PHA free.

We had the misfortune of losing Cowboy Up 411 in the fall of 2008. He was put down due to a severe injury, so his semen availability is limited.
